Rooms are very dated. Pillows are terrible and shades don't really block out the light. However, the kitchen is good and the recreational activities are nice. Very convenient to Disneyland but not Paris.

The drive to the location from airport was smooth and on arrival the security sentry was polite and professional. The check in was quick and all information needed provided. The accommodation was spacious clean and homely. However I thought the furnishing appear dated and the television screens too small and programs limited for a reputable facility like this. The domestic staff were helpful and friendly, though there was a language hiatus. The location is great. Lots of walk paths and play areas for children. I found it ideal for a quiet get away space to relax and if it's your forte to do reflective thinking and writing. I will be visiting again and also be recommending same. However the furnishing should be updated.

This hotel was a very nice. It is more like a resort still with all the Villas surrounded by rivers and the creeks. You will assign with a little Villa, you will see tax and gooses at your backyard. This result has a very high level of the security. The only small issue is you have to walk very long distance from your villa to the reception, this could be a little bit painful in the rainy days. Also worth to mention they have a Playroom for kids swimming pool and the sauna. I will definitely revisit this hotel again.

Our stay was everything we were looking for! Keep in mind that I did exchange my week stay through a timeshare program so my experience may be different than others. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that housed 5 in my group (max 6). I honestly have nothing bad to say about the villa. The rooms were nice, big and clean. There were extra sheets provided for the sofa bed, soap shampoo conditioner in every bathroom, towels were changed everyday with housekeeping, free food delivery to the villa from the restaurant on site (minimum 30 euro order), etc. The villa also provided everything you need to cook meals or even just making your morning coffee. I used the safe that was in the "master" bedroom to lock up everything important like purchases, passport and money. Little things were left out all over the villa and were never touched by any staff/housekeeping. The market on site is a little expensive if you are looking for convivence, but here is also a local grocery store about a 5 minute bus ride away. I also got a coupon to use at the on site market on the day of check-in. For location, it all depends on what you are looking for. Is is super close to Disney/Disney Village. It was about a 15-20 minute single bus ride to and from the hotel. The hotel also provides a shuttle service for 3.9 euros per person (round trip) but is is only available during certain hours. If you are looking to head into Paris, it took us about 1.5 hours taking the bus and RER A, long but super easy!

What I loved about this place are it's friendly and welcoming staff. All of them are so nice and friendly. They made you feel so at home. Special mention to Godwill and Olivier at the Market Place. The Concierge team of Amine, Reuben and Claire and Sofia at the bar.
