We had a lovely stay at the paramount hotel. Rooms were great except for lack of anywhere to hang towels or otherwise in bathrooms. Nice tea and coffee supplies. Showers great, bed and linen really comfy. Breakfast good but very busy and staff overrun it seemed. Pool area was fab and all staff were really helpful. Special mention to Madji who helped get us checked in early and couldn’t have been more helpful. Trudy.

If you’re thinking about staying here, here’s my honest review. Overall, it’s a decent place with some good features. The location is okay — not excellent, but convenient enough to get around. One of the best parts is that there’s a convenience store right downstairs, along with a café, restaurant, pool, and a very nice gym, which made things easy and comfortable during my stay. However, there are a few things they could improve. The cleaning staff did not refill my shampoo or body wash, even after I personally asked one of the staff members. That was disappointing and not what you’d expect from good service. Also, they really need more elevators. There were times I waited around five minutes for an elevator, and with so many people going up and down, you sometimes have to wait even longer or squeeze in with a crowd. In short, the hotel has some great amenities and conveniences, but service and elevator availability are areas they definitely need to work on.

Our stay here was amazing! Great breakfast and beautifull hotel. The staff was great, they all helped where needed. Especially Jovana from concierge and Robin from security. I forgot something in Dubai on my way home and they keep it until I come back. I got the best help I could get thanks to them. Overall best stay and hotel!!

(WARNING: The following review will contain references to S.A.) This happened a while ago, but I'm finally ready to talk about it. The hotel itself is lovely. Nice location and aesthetically pleasing. However, while I was a student attending a film festival, one of the guests groped me, laughed at me and walked away. I immediately went to the staff and reported it. They called the manager and security and they promptly arrived on scene. I told them everything that happened and they POLITELY got the women that groped me and laughed at me to come over. While I was telling my side of the story, the security and manager LAUGHED AT ME. They told me I shouldn't be getting angry and I shouldn't be crying because the women were scared and that I could get into trouble. They even asked me to speed things up because the women had a flight that evening and they couldn't miss it. After that, the women left the hotel and the rest of the staff and festival attendees just went on like nothing happened. Absolutely appalling. Unless there are some SERIOUS changes, I doubt I will be going back anytime soon.

It is a very great place to stay in the Paramount Hotel in Dubai. The room Is spacious and modern and the staff makes sure you won’t have any problems. The only point that needs some improvement is the lift. It gets very crowded and the waiting time is long. Hopefully they can solve that soon. Anyways it has been great and we had a very good time.
