I think one of the best accommodations in Dubai for all and especially for families with kids. You will get free access to 4 different theme parks. If you stay for three nights you can access all the parks multiple times even in the same day. Even though I faced an issue with my room in the beginning, after discussing with them they tried their best to assure my satisfaction. The single room is better than a suite from my point of view, especially if you get a good view. The breakfast is amazing especially comparing to what you pay. A lot of dishes and varieties to choose from. It is like a festival 😊 Recommended.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the hotel where I stayed during my work trip. Overall, I found the hotel to be of good quality. However, I did face some challenges during my stay that I believe are important to address. One issue I encountered was the noise coming from the room next to mine, which was a bit disruptive. Thankfully, the hotel staff were able to resolve the issue promptly. On another note, I found the room service to be quite slow, with wait times averaging around an hour. I felt it was important to share these aspects of my stay with you so that you are aware of both the positives and areas for improvement at this hotel.

The stay was absolutely fabulous. The service really blew me away. I absolutely felt so taken care of all staff full of smiles and very attentive. Polite and courteous. Really great service. Special mention to Sofia she was a star. Really appreciate her service and Polite nature. The buggy driver's very Polite and helpful as my mother was weak so took long in and out if the buggy but they were patient and very polite. I will absolutely be back.

Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection is absolutely wonderful! The hotel boasts a beautiful interior and comfortable rooms, and the staff is truly the best. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! A huge thank you to each member of the staff for their exceptional service, politeness, and for creating such a positive atmosphere during my stay. If you're traveling with children, this hotel is the perfect choice, as it is conveniently located near four exciting theme parks.

What can I say !!! a month ago I stayed with my family in the hotel for three nights and I payed the whole amount at the spot , surprisingly the hotel decided to deduct the same amount again after a month from my account !! And that was not the real problem what really shocked me when I reached out to the hotel staff that I used to communicate with when I was staying in the hotel she expressed real concerns and promised me to check out this issue early next day but what really happened the next day was something else !!! She decided to ignore me completely and when I reached out to her asking what they have done regarding my issue she completely changed her attitude with me to be rude and unpleasant!! Then I asked her to transfer the call to someone else of the hotel staff she kept saying no one is available as they all left for the day or in leave !! I don’t know how eventually she told me that I can come to the hotel, write about this in google reviews or even get the police for the hotel it’s ok and I can do that !!! I have visited hotels around the globe yet I had never ever been through such situation with of the hotels we stayed in ..never !!! This is extremely weird and acceptable specially in Dubai!! The level of unprofessional approach this staff expressed to me is unbelievable!! What really disappointing is the hotel was wrong to me as they deducted the same amount twice from my account and if any should happen they should have take this matter seriously and show more concern and seriousness from their staff but what I got from them is completely the opposite!!! For sure I would not stay with Lapita again !
